Loving the ideas you have here. Once all of the dust have settled, I proceed by removing the old OSB subfloor. Just make sure all the prep work is finished before you begin to paint (you don’t want the dust from sanding to blow onto your fresh paint). When people would be sent to fix things, most the time it wouldnt even solve the problem, or they would fix one thing and create another. I remember years ago my mother telling me vinegar was one of the best cleaners we could use. Window cleaners are always a pest – let’s face it, cleaning windows is a pest. For home cleaning we should use chemical free cleaners because they are environment friendly. As we became more sedentary and reliant on agriculture, we found that cleaning served a tremendous purpose. We have a tree farm here that’s been in business for more than half a century, operated by the same family. Works a treat and so much more eco friendly! My household can become clean green with them and I thank you very much!

But this year it also became a way for cleaning fanatics to share their most promising tips and tricks for leaving sinks, ovens, floors and home appliances sparkling. Really liked your tip for cleaning ovens. Filtering your own water instead of buying bottled water is my tip! If you have a large family and pets, hardwoods may not be the most ideal choice as they are not as durable as most floors and can tend to stain easily as well as being sensitive to water and humidity. It doesn’t matter how well you planned your project, sh! You’ll eventually discover this about me so I may as well just say it up front. If you have a high traffic home, you may need to sweep a few times a day.
